I’ve listed my favourite restaurants in Dubai! I have tried and tested them all and only added the very best…

Clap, DIFC
A stand out among the many amazing DIFC restaurants. Clap gives you New York vibes from the moment you walk in. Start with a drink at the bar and then settle on the terrace for a Japanese fusion dinner. Go if you enjoy a lively atmosphere and a cool DIFC crowd.

Tamoka, JBR
Wow this place. Start with drinks at the beach bar, Cana by Tamoka, where you’ll enjoy up tempo beats from the live DJ and drummer and then head over to the main restaurant for dinner. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is perfect for any occasion. I can’t wait to return.
SUSHISAMBA, Palm Jumeirah
When you exit the 51st floor of the St Regis hotel you’re not sure where to look first – towards the breathtaking Palm views framed by the soaring floor-to-cieling windows or the up towards the intricate bamboo detail ceiling. The food takes you on a journey inspired by Japan, Brazil and Peru and the DJ provides a vibrant atmosphere to put you at ease.
Myrra, Palm Jumeirah
Myrra is an al fresco dream. The Greek and Spanish inspired dishes are deliciously memorable, the relaxed but buzzy vibe is perfect for lengthy dinners and it’s chic enough for you to go all out dress up or beach side glam.
INTI, Downtown
A stunning venue for any occasion. The downtown and Burj Khalifa backdrop seem like the main draw but the food is equally noteworthy (the tuna tartar is a must), to top it off the service is also very good.

Pai Thai, Madinat Jumeirah
Never have I ever… had a bad meal at Pai Thai. The setting, the food, the ambience – it’s all working in perfect harmony at Pai Thai. Do yourself a favor and take the Abra over for the full experience!
Fi’lia, Downtown
Perched on the 70th floor of the SLS hotel, the female led kitchen at Fi’lia deliver tasty Italian dishes with a modern flair. For a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in Dubai it’s more reasonably priced than the city’s other popular offerings – ticking all the boxes for a relaxed birthday dinner, girls catch up or date night.

Twiggy, The Creek
When you want to feel like you are somewhere in the Mediterranean, pop to Twiggy. It might be the perfect beach club and dining combination, sip rose by the lagoon and when hunger strikes head up to the stunning restaurant. This will set you back a few dirham though, so be warned.
Flamingo Room by Tashas, Jumeirah
While the dishes are very good at Flamingo Room, it’s the glamorous aesthetic that entices you to return. It’s an ever so stylish restaurant for a special occasion.
Gaia, DIFC
This greek restaurant offers beautiful decor and a tasty cocktail list (get the Santorini spritz!), making it perfect date night material.
Shimmers, Jumeirah
Beach front dining with unmatched views of the Burj Al Arab, this is where you go for the that instagram snap. If i’m honest I find the food hit and miss but the setting is hard to beat, i’d recommend visiting for drinks and nibbles at sunset.
Jun’s
Located on the Downtown Boulevard, I recently visited Jun’s and tried their Weekend Rituals menu. The modern American Asian restaurant’s weekend brunch, is an actual brunch! By this I mean they serve fancy eggs after noon, in a relaxed yet lovely setting that allows you to have a drink if you’d like or simply enjoy a coffee. I had the beef short rib egg bagel and cinnamon roll, the dishes struck the perfect balance of flavour. I’d recommend this place, for a better idea of what to expect check out my reel.
